• At AQ, we provide free shipping/delivery of all products within the United Arab Emirates. Our shipment process can be reviewed on our official website: www.aqdiamonds.ae
• We ensure quick and safe delivery of all products purchased from our official website, will be dispatched to the registered address on time. We provide highly secure, tamper free product packing for better delivery.
• We cost 0% shipping charges for product delivery all across the UAE.
• To avoid delay in delivery and to identify the right destination to be delivered, customers should crosscheck the personal information they provided including Name, Address, Landmark, Post Code and Contact Number. Customers have to confirm that all the details are given correctly and up to date.
• At the time of delivery, customer has to submit valid identification documents such as Passport, PAN Card, Driving License, Voters ID etc. The courier agent will check the identity proof of the recipient for delivery confirmation. Customer has to provide the original copy of their identity proof during delivery.
• Customer can see the current status and track their orders on our official website.
• The products cannot be delivered to unidentified/remote landmarks. If the customer is unavailable or unreachable at the time of delivery, the courier agency will try to make 3 more attempts for delivering the product. And if all the 3 attempts fail to deliver the product, it will be returned back to us.
• After placing an order, customer can change the shipping address until the order is dispatched. At any circumstances, if customer wants to change the shipping address, they should send an email to sales@aqdiamonds.ae
