Cancellation Policies

• Customers can cancel their order on our official website: www.aqdiamonds.ae without any additional costs. Order cancellation will not be placed once the product is dispatched.
• If the customer feel uncomfortable on the pricing, product information, stock limit and any other issues related to the product, the can place a request to cancel the order before shipment.
• Our customer executives will clarify all your doubts and queries before the order cancellation.
• After completing the cancellation process, confirmation will be sent to your registered Email ID. The full amount will be refunded to the customer’s account within 10 working days.
• Order cancellation will not be applicable for customized products. If the customer need refund or exchange the customized items with other products, making charges will be deducted from the payment and the balance will be refunded back to the customer’s account within 10 working days.
