Our Refund Policy

If the customer wants to return our products once sold out, they can process refund or return requests within 14 days from the date of delivery. We will refund the entire amount without any additional costs.

Once the customer feel less interested in the product they purchased, they can send back the product to us within 14 days from delivery. The amount will be fully refunded to the customers’ account within a maximum period of 10 working days.

The refund option will be only available at our official company website: www.aqdiamonds.ae

Customers can review their registered address on our official website, and the refund will be applicable only if the product is delivered to the registered address.

PRODUCT RETURN PROCEDURES

• Contact our customer care team and send back the product you want to return along with the order No.
• We will provide a ‘Return Package Kit’ to the customer to safely pack the product for return.
• Use the original ‘package kit’ and packing materials provided by AQ
• Pack the product strictly in accordance to our package guidelines and keep recorded the courier airway bill number for future reference.
• When the returned product is received by AQ, we will start processing your refund, will be completed within 10 working days.
